Your field supervisors starting with Edwin Flores, Merv Jackson, Ed Bilbow, Bo Riggleman, Woody Hunt, Michael Berta, Jack Grove, Jaime Grove, Onesima Sorto, and your concrete placement crews have helped us and guided us to archive countless operations with high production, high quality standards and with a great safety conscience.

Since the subject project was the first one your company provided services on I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your entire crew for an outstanding job. Your efforts to deliver a quality product within the scheduled time frame are greatly appreciated. Subcontractors like Southland make our job easier and help us to make a good impression on our customers which, in turn, gets us all invited back for the next project!

I wanted to personally let you know your team of of Ken, Paul, and Pain Cruz their crews pulled off getting the transformer pads and cable troughs completed in an schedule time frame that everyone said would not happen. Being a few days behind in schedule getting these started Southland made the date! And we were able to set transformers Saturday as scheduled. This is why Southland will always be my "GO TO GUYS". Thank you and all that made it happen, this was a big accomplishment!

Southland's desire for a successful Project, and a sign of your commitment was sticking with us through the permit delay and being ready to go to work once it was received. The Team we have worked with has been great. This includes James Mullins, Luvin Ramos and the entire crew in the field. Their performance has been commendable, from meeting schedule dates (or beating), working with the other Contractor and with the quality of the work. We have one major elevated slab pour left, but in our opinion this Project has been a success in all ways so far! Just wanted to share the good news and to let you know how much of a pleasure it's been working with Southland Concrete on the Market Center MOB project.
